"Skinny Pancakes" have been a part of the Kroff (Kropf) family as long as I remember. Growing up Mom and Dad always made skinny pancakes, sometimes with Dad using extra items from the fridge that had to be used up, such as bananas or cottage cheese. As we started our own family, "Skinny Pancakes" continued on through our children and now into their families.
